Who Is Eligible for Membership?

Businesses that want to join the organization must meet the following requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and satisfaction rates: Membership is required to have a four-star rating based on a minimum of 30 customer-submitted online reviews per year. The company evaluates members annually to confirm they live up to its expectations.
  • High-performance sales: To join, contractors must ensure that Ruud residential products make up at least 60 percent of their annual purchases. They also need to demonstrate high sales figures for those products.
  • Commitment to improvement: Members are required to participate in ongoing professional development. This includes completing a minimum of 10 collective hours of authorized training courses.
  • All required documentation: Members must be in good standing with their distributors and hold all required and applicable licenses.
